Melodie Jermont "MJ" Roach has enjoyed a successful 25-year long career at PNC.  MJ held several positions with PNC, working her way up to positions such as Vice President of Customer Experience and Senior Vice President of Regional Sales for the Eastern Pittsburgh Region. As a Regional SVP, MJ was committed to giving back to the community PNC served. 

MJ originally planned to work with not-for-profit organizations and spend additional time volunteering. After lots of consideration and planning, MJ transitioned to her encore career as a Financial Advisor with PNC Investments. Although, MJ still volunteers 20 hours a month to Teaching Financial Literacy Classes, being a Personal Financial Coach, and Financial Advocacy. MJ’s work at PNC and in the community has always been steadfast around the power of knowledge in personal finance.
