Steph was an NCAA All American soccer player at California University of Pennsylvania where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration. She began her career in the sports world working with the Pittsburgh Pirates in Diversity Initiatives & Community Relations in 2013. After returning to Canada, she spent a summer traveling with the Pan Am Torch relay team, managing the Games three title partners OLG, Loblaws and CIBC. Next, Steph took on the auto industry with the Canadian International AutoShow. Her high energy and hunger advanced her to lead the team to execute Canada’s largest consumer show for the last five years. Steph has also consulted with a variety of clients in realms of food & beverage, agriculture, fitness and non-profit. She spends her spare time giving back to organizations like the Canadian Mental Health Association and recently launched her own Mental Health initiative; Light Up The Dark. Now as the General Manager with The Gathering, Steph brings her passion for relationships and expertise in audience engagement and event execution, to create the most meaningful and memorable experiences.
